A Lead Therapist is an individual who demonstrates leadership skills and knowledge in the management of all types of patients (acute and chronic) ICU/critical care population. Strict interdepartmental development and interpersonal skills are required to effectively provide the leadership and support to maintain working relationships within the various departments of the hospital. Constant evaluation and monitoring of services assures quality care to the patient. This individual will be responsible for participation in Grand Rounds, coordination of care throughout intensive care units, coordination of inter-hospital transfers and communicating effectively with the pulmonary physicians and critical care supervisor.

Degrees: Associates.

Licenses & Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS),Basic Life Support (BLS),Certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), valid Registered Respiratory Therapist in Florida, valid Certified Respiratory Therapist in Florida.

Additional qualifications: Bachelor's preferred.

Required experience:five years clinical.

Minimum required experience:five years.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
