Special Projects Coordinator, Nursing - Administration, FT, 8A-4:30P

Special Project Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, facilitating and monitoring the development, planning and implementation of special projects and various activities involving the department of Nursing. The coordinator is responsible for directing team members, assigning tasks, scheduling meetings and monitoring progress until project completion. The coordinator must possess both the skills and knowledge of clinical practice, standards of nursing practice and organizational goals in order to effectively manage tasks. The coordinator is able to conduct research that is based on evidence, national guidelines, best-practices and regulatory standards.Degrees: Bachelors.
Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), valid Registered Nurse in Florida.
Additional qualifications: Must be able to work independently and have knowledge of computer hardware/software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases); be able to prepare information for formal and informal presentation(s); be able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing in order to effectively disseminate information.
Minimum required experience: three years.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
